The connoisseur does not drink wine but tastes its secrets.
The will of the Miotto family is to maintain the values and the teachings handed down from generation to generation alongside the technical know-how of winemaking to produce a wine that is easly recognisable over time.
From the Glera grapes we make the Valdobbiadene DOCG extra brut Rive di Santo Stefano, the Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut, Extra Dry and Dry Millesimato as well as the traditional semi-sparkling wine known for the slow fermentation in bottle. It represents what Prosecco used to be before the introduction of technology in the winery. That’s why we wish to keep this tradition going represented today with the Mesi wine label. It’s a genuine and rustic wine and since it isn’t filtered you taste its yeasts which is its true essence.
Spumante Extra Dry are the bubbles that represent Valdobbiadene DOCG in the world par excellence appreciated by the majority of wine lovers for its balanced taste.
Spumante Brut M441 takes its name after the vineyard’s location where it is set on a very steep hill and where it is difficult to cultivate. These characteristics give the wine acidic notes and a fresh and fine taste.
The Nonno Silvio Millesimato Dry is the flagship of the winery, a selection of grapes for a fine and sweeter Spumante made in honour of great-grandad Silvio.
The Spumante Valdobbiadene Docg extra brut Rive di Santo Stefano represents a niche sparkling wine, whose production is limited and the bottles are numbered. The production comes from a vineyard in the hills, also known as “riva”.
